I spent 10+ years in hotel sales and marketing across Indonesia, running events, building client relationships, and keeping complex operations moving. Then, I dared myself to try something new.

I started my own event organizer business and became a trendsetter for post-pandemic event setups in my region. But in the end, it didn’t work out. As an introvert, I realized I had forced my smiles for too long, spent too much time people-pleasing, and forgotten how to appreciate myself.
So, I went back to what I love most: writing.

With a background in scriptwriting for TV production and management, writing has always been part of my world and a hobby I’ve loved since childhood. I went on to work as a book writer and eventually secured three exclusive international contracts for audiobook writing.

Through that experience, I discovered something else: I genuinely loved working remotely. The freedom to work from home, skip the makeup, and feel closer to nature suited me in ways I hadn’t expected.
But I also wanted to explore something beyond writing: marketing operations. I was drawn to the strategy behind a business — how marketing ideas become campaigns, how content connects with people, and how the right systems keep everything running smoothly. It became another kind of work I fell in love with.

So, I took matters into my own hands. I taught myself digital marketing, researched the industry, studied what I needed to know, and gradually built my own approach to marketing. Then, I started offering my services worldwide. I reached out to people through Instagram DMs, submitted dozens of applications, and rewrote my portfolio more than 40 times, constantly refining how I presented my experience and what I could bring to a business.
