I spent over 10 years in hospitality sales and marketing — managing events, building client relationships, and coordinating complex operations across hotels in Indonesia. Then came the pandemic. Like many, I had to pivot. I taught myself digital marketing, invested in a VA course in Singapore, and competed against 900+ students to graduate 1st in my batch.
